Greenwave United Refund Policy:
Group Programs-For seasonal group programming the club will issue a 50% refund to participants that are registered before the start of the program and do not attend a single session and request the refund prior to the program’s start date. Participants who attend one or more sessions within the first month of a program and are unable to or decide not to participate will be issued a 25% refund. After the first month of a program, no refund will be issued.
Programming times and dates are based on facility and coach availability and are subject to change at any time.
With respect to circumstances outside of our control such as program closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the majority of a seasonal program being lost due to similar circumstances. Such instances will be adjudicated on a case-by-case basis. Lost time will be returned to participants as club credit to be used for future programming.
Injuries- Any athletes who are unable to participate in group or personal training sessions due to an injury sustained during a Greenwave United session will be eligible for a partial refund based on the pro-rated amount of sessions left. This refund will be issued as a club credit for future sessions or programs. Any athletes who incur an injury outside of a Greenwave United session and who become unable to participate in further pre-paid sessions or programming will not be issued a refund for sessions missed.
Personal training- Training sessions booked with Coach Tyson or another member of our coaching team are non-refundable. Sessions may be purchased as a single session or in groups of sessions and may be rescheduled subject to coach and facility availability. 48-hour notice is mandatory for all rescheduling of personal training sessions. Less notice will result in the session being forfeited. We are accountable to the facilities that we book with and last-minute cancellations result in the club still being charged for the allocated time. Please request all changes to pre-booked sessions as early as possible.
Apparel- All clothing sales are final and clothing items are non-refundable unless they arrive with visible damages and wear and tear. Our clothing runs true to size unless otherwise stated. For questions about sizing please contact Coach Tyson prior to placing your order.
