1. About Greenwave United
Greenwave United is a Saskatoon-based non-profit basketball organization focused on youth basketball development and player development.

Where appropriate, participants will be notified of significant changes.
5. Payments
Certain Greenwave United programs, subscriptions, training sessions, merchandise, and other services require payment.
Prices displayed on the website are generally shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
The website currently offers a range of paid basketball programs, training services, subscriptions, and merchandise.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.
Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available through the website.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Greenwave United’s applicable refund policy and the specific terms associated with a program, service, subscription, or purchase.

- Follow applicable facility rules
- Treat coaches, staff, athletes, parents, volunteers, officials, and other participants respectfully
- Follow Greenwave United policies and codes of conduct
- Follow safety instructions
- Provide accurate registration information
- Behave appropriately during programs and activities
Greenwave United may take disciplinary action when a participant violates applicable rules, policies, or codes of conduct.
10. Youth Safety
Greenwave United is committed to maintaining a safe sporting environment.
The organization maintains policies and procedures relating to areas including background screening, athlete protection, concussion protocols, emergency procedures, and the Rule of Two. These policies are available through the website.
Participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and staff are expected to follow applicable safety policies.
11. Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball, athletic training, camps, clinics, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
Participants and their parents or legal guardians should understand the physical nature of these activities and follow all safety instructions.
Where required, participants may be required to complete waivers, acknowledgements, medical information, or other participation documents before taking part in an activity.
