Individual Shooting workouts on the Dr. Dish shooting machine. Purchase sessions online and we will be in touch for the booking. Sessions are offered in 20,40, and 60-minute intervals. With consecutive shooting, athletes can get up 200, 400, and 600 shots during these sessions. Technical Instruction can be added to each session for a $30.00 fee.
